We are committed to selling only authentic designer labels and merchandise. We reserve the right to authenticate all designer items before adding them to our inventory. Authenticity is guaranteed.

Order Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation with every order. Merchandise availability is provided at the time of purchase. Payment for available items and ordered items are processed on demand. Details for ordered items will be provided upon completion of order.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the security of your personal information. When you purchase from our web site, your information is transmitted over a secure server via Pay Pal. Pay Pal use SSL technology to encrypt your personal information before it is transmitted.

Return Policy
We strongly encourage you to read all of the item details to ensure proper sizing, material etc. ITEM MUST BE IN ORIGINAL SELL CONDITION WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED. Online purchases can be returned within 5 days from date of purchase for a full refund, as long as all items are unworn, free of defect and price tickets intact. Refunds will be made to the same credit card or paypal account used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 weeks from the date we receive your return for your account to be credited. Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. A full refund will be given, and a new order will be placed if you need to exchange an item.

Unfortunately all jewelry and clearance items are a final sale.

Securely package the return merchandise and copy of original invoice in an appropriate shipping box and send back to the above address.

Polly Pearl will not be responsible for items lost in transit, so we strongly suggest insuring your package.

Sales Tax
6% sales tax is included in the sell price of each item.

Shipping Charges
We charge a fee anywhere from $5- $25 depending on the type of shipping you choose. You may pick either: Ground, Priority or Next day within the United States. We also ship outside of the US.
